On May 8, 2023, Richter from the Netherlands, as the first foreign customer who came to visit the factory after the epidemic, made a site visit to Liaoning SMILE Technology Co. Ltd. is a company dedicated to the research, development, production and sales of non-standard sheet metal customized products.Among them, a new 8000m² precision machining plant was added in 2022 to enrich the product line. The purpose of the Dutch customer’s factory visit is to understand SMILE Technology’s production capacity, technical strength and product quality, to follow up on the quality of orders in production, and to discuss in-depth product cooperation between the two sides in the future.

In order to show the welcome to the international friends, SMILE Technology arranged a warm welcome ceremony. The company leaders had a cordial and friendly exchange with the Dutch customer and introduced the basic situation, development history and business areas of the company to the customer. After that, both sides had an in-depth discussion on the long-term cooperation products and the follow-up cooperation as the topic.

Accompanied by company leaders, Richter visited SMILE’s workshop production line. Here he witnessed the advanced production equipment, strict quality management system and efficient production process. During the visit he listened very carefully to the explanation of the process and expressed his approval of the company’s complete management system, and spoke highly of SMILE’s technical strength and production capacity. This time the Dutch customer also visited SMILE’s R&D center. Here, he learned that SMILE Technology has a R&D team consisting of experienced sheet metal engineers and designers, which provides a strong guarantee for the company’s technological innovation and product development. In addition, SMILE has also established friendly cooperation with many famous universities and research institutions to jointly promote the cooperation between industry, academia and research, which injects continuous vitality for the sustainable development of the company.

After the factory visit, the two sides held a discussion meeting. During the meeting, SMILE Technology Co., Ltd. introduced in detail the main products, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment components, AGV body, integrated housing for all-in-one machine, high-end protective cabinet and a series of precision sheet metal and precision machine processing intelligence, and shared the company’s achievements and honors in these fields. The Dutch customers showed great interest in SMILE’s products and indicated that they would continue to cooperate with SMILE Technology in depth in the future.
